Get Help With Promoting your teleseminars
One of the most difficult parts of running your own teleseminars is building your audience so that you have a regular number of people signing up to take part.
Driving traffic to your lead capture page should be your number one priority once you have set the date and time for your event.
Using your blog, promoting on social network sites like myspace and facebook, sending out articles and press releases. its an ongoing marketing campagin to promote one teleseminar. Of course once you have your list you can also promote your other teleseminars to that list but at the beginning you need to focus on building.
A pastor with a congregation of thousands was asked how he built up such a large following. His answer was “one person at a time” so remember that. Even if you start with only 2 people on the call for your teleseminar at least it’s a start and you are doing something…… you are taking action. That’s so much more than some people!
My first teleseminar consisted of having 10 speakers at an event last October 2007 and I had to promote this event and get people signing to listen to each one. It really helped me figure out what works and what doesn’t.
We are now holding a month long event in May 2008 and you can get an idea of some of the things I have to do to promote it because I have been keeping a record of it here

Of course if you can join an event like our teleseminar showcase and have someone else do all that for you then you will find it alot easier.
